Q: Which Shipping options are available?
A: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in China and delivered to the shipping address.We offer Standard and Expedited shipping worldwide. For wholesale container shipping we don't feature expedited options, please contact us for more shipping information. We have great wholesale rates for our partners.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It normally takes around 7-10 working days to reach you within Economy Shipping,around 4-7 working days within Standard Shipping, and around 3-5 working days within Express Shipping, Other Countries(including the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Saudi Arabia, and India): 7-10 business days shipping 32.99 Dollar.
Shipping time does not include 1-2 working days processing times required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
RideNow ensures that your items are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. However, once your local courier service marks the package as delivered, we are not responsible for any loss or theft. Please make sure your delivery location is safe and secure.
Please ensure that you collect your package promptly once it arrives at the local Post Office/Collection Point. Any return or disposal of the package due to failure to collect for personal reasons falls outside our area of responsibility
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.

*7-10 business days Economy Shipping; 10 Dollar（Free shipping for orders over $69）
*4-7 business days Standard Shipping; 22 Dollar
*3-5 business days Express Shipping; 38 Dollar

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.
Note:
- A signature is required for clients to accept orders over $600.
- RideNow is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
- If the buyer modifies the address information during package delivery, the buyer will bear the cost resulting from this.
